Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A current and valid driver's license in the state in which you will work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss potential solutions.
  • Present HVAC Solutions: Explain products and services to help customers decide.
  • Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements and guidelines.
  • Close Sales: Use sales techniques to convert consultations into sales, meeting targets.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain communication to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
  • Leverage Leads: Use company-provided leads and self-generated prospects.
  • Attend Training: Participate in ongoing training on product knowledge and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
