Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Construction Materials, Engineering, and Testing (CoMET) for our Redmond, WA office. You will lead projects, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality testing and inspection services for a diverse client base.

The role emphasizes client communication, technical leadership, and budget/schedule control. Candidates should have 5+ years in materials testing or related fields and 2+ years in project management, with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials testing, special inspection, construction management, or related engineering services.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience with direct client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure with shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to pass drug test.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and service delivery teams.
• Mentor and manage field and lab staff.
• Communicate with clients, staff, and supervisors to deliver high-quality services.
• Coordinate work to meet budgets and schedules.
• Set goals, drive accountability, and provide leadership.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for staff.
