Job summary

The Gersh Agency, Inc. in Beverly Hills is seeking a detail-oriented Comedy Floater to support the Comedy Department.

You will assist with contract administration, track authorizations and payments, and help resolve discrepancies while juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong math and analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well with agents, assistants, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor personal appearance contracts, deposits, final figures.
• Manage ticket counts for shows and help with research as needed.
• Assist with preparation for trade shows, conferences, etc.
• Manage a high volume of phone calls and emails.
• Communicate professionally with internal staff, talent, managers, and purchasers.
• Make sound decisions using critical thinking.
• Cover desks when primary assistants are out.
