Roles include learning plant fundamentals, recording indicators, and assisting with maintenance and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; driving license required.
• Willingness to learn and operate generating equipment safely.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information and logs.

Responsibilities

• Learn plant systems and operate the turbine and auxiliaries.
• Record readings and maintain safe operation within limits.
• Prepare maintenance logs, reports and budgets as needed.
• Support safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance.
