Job summary

A growing beverage distribution company in Tampa, Florida, seeks a Combo Sales Representative to drive sales by building relationships with retail managers and customer sales personnel. This hands-on role involves leveraging existing accounts and achieving monthly sales goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in spirits, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Additional perks include health insurance and paid time off. Must be at least 21 years old.

Join to apply for the Combo Sales Representative role at Green Light Distribution. Green Light Distribution is growing quickly and we are looking for passionate, innovative, and self‑motivated individuals with a business oriented and customer focused mindset to join the GLD family.

Responsibilities

• Identify target accounts and build relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise staff, retail managers and customer sales personnel.
• Leverage relationships with key accounts to sell in distribution.
• Be a very “hands‑on” individual able to work in an intense, fast‑paced environment while helping other team members achieve success.
• Educate trade and the consumer through direct interaction including samplings, meetings, and training (support local team with staff training etc.).
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Encompass, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software to track activities, results, contacts, tasks and output.
• Maintain and enhance network of points of distribution.
• Achieve monthly sales and placement goals in assigned territory.

Relevant Work Experience and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a supplier or distributor; spirits background is ideal.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in force.
• Willingness to occasionally work non‑traditional hours, such as nights and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal skills to direct distributor sales forces and develop key retail customer relationships.
• Familiarity with the local market.

Must be at least 21 years old.

Physical Demands

• Generally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, handle documents, bend and stoop as needed, and reach with hands and arms.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to verbally communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
