GrayWolf Integrated Construction Company in Iva, SC is seeking a Combo Pipe Welder with at least 3 years of industrial welding experience to layout, align and weld piping systems per blueprints and work orders. This role requires GTAW/SMAW carbon steel welding and the ability to read prints.

You will work up to 12-hour shifts in varying temperatures, pass weld tests, and use hand, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools on site; full PPE and safety practices apply.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of pipe combo welding in an industrial construction setting.
• OSHA 10 preferred, AWS certification preferred.
• Must have a locking toolbox and tools necessary to perform the job.
• Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.
• This assignment is 100% x-ray inspection of welds.

Aufgaben

• Must successfully pass weld test in GTAW/SMAW carbon steel.
• Must be able to weld on stainless steel or carbon pipe – all sizes.
• Must read and interpret prints.
• Tools - use hand, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools in a safe manner.
• Construction Math - competency in construction math as required.
• Safety - work safely around hazards on the construction site.
