Job summary

DC Army National Guard in Vermont (Rutland) seeks Combat Engineer personnel to design and build bridges, clear routes, set up perimeters, and operate explosives safely to protect teammates.

You'll learn demolitions, bridge building, and heavy equipment operation during 10 weeks Basic Training and 14 weeks AIT, with paid training and tuition assistance.

This role offers enlisted service with drill weekends and access to Montgomery GI Bill, health care, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least a junior in high school or have a high school diploma or GED
• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard is required
• Ability to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
• Citizenship requirements per NATIONALGUARD.com
