Job summary

ERM is seeking a Principal Consultant, Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement to guide complex stakeholder programs across industries. You will lead end-to-end communications and engagement efforts, shape strategy for high-visibility projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration with a focus on social license to operate.

You will manage client relationships, budgets, timelines, and contribute to business development and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public affairs, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong writing and editing skills (AP style preferred).
• Proven experience leading strategy and client engagements in consulting or agency settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic communications and stakeholder engagement programs.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, shaping strategy on high-visibility projects.
