Job summary

American Sign Studio in Columbus is seeking a seasoned Professional Project Manager to lead client engagements and end-to-end sign projects—from initial consultation to final installation. You will coordinate design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has proven project management experience in the signage industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Must live in Columbus MSA and work in-person.
• Experience managing 40–80 projects across multiple phases.
• Strong knowledge of signage design, fabrication, installation, permits, and ADA requirements.
• PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and project from consultation to installation, ensuring clear expectations and consistent communication.
• Plan and coordinate schedules, budgets, resources, site surveys, permits, and kickoff meetings.
• Manage costs, protect margins, and oversee vendor and contractor performance.
• Review designs through installation, uphold brand standards and proactively mitigate risks.
