Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in signage, construction, or printing.
• Strong knowledge of sign fabrication methods, materials and installation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee signage projects from estimating through production, delivery and installation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Review artwork, permits, and production drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate design, fabrication and installation to ensure on-time completion.
• Track progress and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout reports.
