Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in construction, in Senior/PM roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of multiple concurrent commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Interface with clients and brokers on new project requirements.
• Assist in review of leases and work letters related to construction items.
• Oversee day-to-day management of multiple ongoing complex projects.
• Supervise up to two internal project managers/project engineers.
• Develop initial budgets and schedules for diverse projects.
• Track project progress against budgets, timelines and client goals.
• Coordinate design teams, general contractor, furniture vendors and other client vendors.
• Manage change orders, invoicing, tenant improvement allowances and close-out processes.
