The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. This position requires travel within a 2-hour radius.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in progressively responsible roles in construction management.
• Able to organize work and consistently meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of all different construction delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop Site Specific Safety Plans with Project Team.
• Prepare and review project schedules from pre-construction through close-out.
• Administer and monitor compliance with construction contracts.

Skills

Strong written and oral communication skills
