A leading corporate real estate advisory firm is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager for their Columbus, OH office. This position is focused on serving as the owner's representative for a high-growth defense technology client, encompassing full lifecycle project oversight. Responsibilities include managing concurrent construction projects, developing budgets and schedules, and leading project teams. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of construction project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Salary ranges from $130,000 to $165,000 with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction project management experience, ideally in owner's rep or third-party CM roles.
• Design-Build experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage external vendors and design teams while leading internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on behalf of the client, with accountability to executive stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and client milestones.
• Lead procurement and management of full project teams for various construction initiatives.
