Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is seeking a Respiratory Anesthesia Representative in Columbus to promote our heated humidification products to hospitals and procedural areas. You will educate anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and other professionals while building strong clinical relationships in the territory.

Candidates must reside in the Columbus area with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience. Travel up to 30% is expected, with base salary plus commission and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a large territory.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a B2B model.
• Medical device sales, preferably in the OR, are preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Up to 30% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve targets.
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory.
• Identify potential hospitals and surgery centers through lead generation and strategic prospecting.
• Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH hospital products, therapy approaches, and their benefits.
• Serve as the product expert, providing in-serving and education to clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Install and execute evaluations of hospital products in the operating room with post-sales education and support.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities.
• Disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce to track opportunities and monitor results.
• Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on hospital products.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds.
