Logic Staffing is seeking a Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, OH. This full-time, direct-hire role offers pay of $28–$29 per hour and a standard 8:00am–5:00pm schedule Monday–Friday.

You will identify candidates, screen, interview scheduling, onboard and manage candidates through the process, and collaborate with account managers to meet deadlines. Strong Microsoft Office skills, relationship-building, communication, organization, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and scheduling candidate interviews.
• Onboard and manage candidates throughout the process.
• Execute recruiting plans to meet client deadlines and recruiting needs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain daily communication with account managers.
• Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in meetings with client managers over the phone or in person.
• Research and learn current and new sourcing and recruiting practices and trends.
