Job summary
Abbott Laboratories in Columbus, OH seeks an Operational Technology Engineer to maintain and optimize manufacturing OT data systems, ensuring IT security compliance and maximum uptime. Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5+ years IT/engineering and 5+ years in a related field.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and onsite in Columbus, OH.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain manufacturing OT data systems and servers (OSIsoft PI, Ignition, DeltaV, iFix, FactoryTalk AssetCentre).
- Coordinate with IT to maintain secured OT infrastructure and cyber security compliance.
- Provide HMI architecture support for manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate on cross-functional capital projects delivering OT data systems.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with internal quality and process authorities.
- Maintain solutions for monitoring Critical Process Parameters and data reporting.
- Provide on-call support for plant OT systems.
