LSI Industries, Inc. seeks a Plant Manager to lead Columbus, Ohio manufacturing operations, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive continuous improvement across production, materials, and maintenance.

You will balance customer requirements with engineering changes, manage budgets, and develop leaders while promoting Lean manufacturing and a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001, OSHA and quality systems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership for all manufacturing operations and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead production planning, materials, and supply chain alignment with demand and inventory targets.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and CI to resolve manufacturing challenges and support NPI.
• Direct maintenance, facilities, and capital investment to improve plant performance and capacity.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
