Job summary

Rogue Fitness is seeking a Pricing Data Analyst to own how Rogue prices its products. The role is fully onsite in Columbus, Ohio; remote work is not available. You will build pricing templates, develop SQL/BigQuery pipelines, and analyze margins and landed costs to support profitability across regions.

Applicants should have 3–5 years as a data analyst in pricing or related fields, with strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience in automation using Python or R.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a data analyst, cost, financial, pricing, or related role.
• Proficient in SQL; BigQuery or cloud data warehousing a plus.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for complex models and calculators.
• Ability to interpret tariffs, duties, freight, and material costs.
• Familiarity with R or Python for automation and reporting.
• Strong communication and attention to detail in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and automate pricing templates and margin reporting.
• Develop SQL/BigQuery queries and data pipelines for pricing data.
• Analyze margin and landed-cost by order/SKU including tariffs and freight.
• Quantify impact of price/cost changes and track results post-go-live.
• Monitor cost drivers and flag pricing changes for leadership.
• Maintain regional pricing logic and templates.
• Provide scenario modelling for cost changes and economic shifts.
• Support pricing updates, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance for inputs.
• Identify data-quality issues and implement workflow improvements.
• Prepare reports on margin performance, pricing risks, and actions.
