Job summary

Smart Cloud Solution is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex IT initiatives in a collaborative environment. You will direct full lifecycle projects from requirements through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 8+ years of program management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in managing technical IT projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle IT projects from requirements through execution.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including C-level.
• Experience managing vendors and vendor-driven projects.
• Experience managing technical/IT projects.
• Proficiency in the use of project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones based on scope, budget, and resources.
• Deliver all work tasks outlined in the project plan.
• Capture and report project management metrics.
• Manage scope changes and obtain sponsor approval for changes.
• Track progress against the plan and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and communicate with team leads, sponsors, and vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; drive resolution.
