Morrison Healthcare in Columbus, GA is seeking a Bench/Support Director of Dining Services to provide leadership and operational support across accounts in the Columbus area. You will lead frontline teams, build client relationships, and ensure patients, guests, and staff receive excellent food and service.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of foodservice management experience.
• Healthcare or contract foodservice experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Columbus, GA area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational support to accounts throughout the Columbus, GA area
• Support accounts during leadership openings, transitions, and special projects
• Build strong relationships with clients, customers, guests, and department leaders
• Lead, train, and support frontline associates and management teams
• Partner with culinary leadership to provide high-quality food and service
• Assist with budgets, labor, purchasing, and other financial responsibilities
• Support new programs and operational improvements
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are followed
