Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Sales Representative in Columbus, Ohio to join our Electrical Sales team. This role focuses on direct sales activity within an assigned territory, developing new accounts and leveraging Intertek’s ATIC solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years direct sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Sell Intertek's services within assigned vertical, account and territory.
• Meet with customers via presentations and trade shows.
• Meet order and revenue quotas monthly.
• Write proposals and follow up; set pricing and standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Log activity in iConnect and prepare sales reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
