Salary ranges from $105,000 to $150,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package. You'll advise clients, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, assist with formations and governance, and contribute to due diligence and closings.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Ohio Bar admission in good standing is required.
• 3+ years of business, transactional, corporate, or commercial law experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise businesses on corporate, commercial, contractual, and business matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of business agreements.
• Assist with formations, structuring, and governance for entities.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
• Prepare transactional documents and corporate resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and correspondence.
• Assist with due diligence and closings; manage deadlines and client communications.
• Develop client relationships and provide business-focused guidance.
