The role requires a J.D., active Ohio Bar, and 3+ years of relevant experience. You will work closely with senior attorneys, manage deadlines, and provide practical, business-focused legal guidance in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Ohio Bar admission in good standing is required.
• 3+ years of business, transactional, corporate, or commercial law experience.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise businesses and clients on corporate, commercial, and general business matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of business and commercial agreements.
• Assist with business formations, organizational matters, and governance.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, business sales, and other corporate transactions.
• Prepare transactional documents and conduct legal research and memos.
