The role focuses on defining the security architecture vision, strategy, standards, and capability roadmaps while collaborating with Enterprise Architecture, Security, OT/ICS, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of IT and/or security experience.
• Strong security architecture knowledge across business, application, information, and technical domains.
• Experience with NIST, NERC CIP, FERC and energy-industry security standards.
• Ability to travel extensively on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security architecture strategy, standards and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership across core security domains (IAM, auth, directory, threat management, data protection).
• Develop architecture patterns, governance materials, and reference models.
• Ensure security practices are integrated into SDLC and enterprise delivery.
• Prepare executive-ready communications and architecture documentation.
