Responsibilities

• Manage probate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy.
• Handle estate administrations as fiduciary or attorney for fiduciary.
• Draft estate planning documents.
