Cardinal Health is seeking a Manager in Corporate Development to lead M&A deal execution, due diligence, and integration planning. You will work with internal teams and external partners, building strong financial models and strategic analyses to support growth initiatives.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, advanced financial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex transactions while maintaining governance standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills with proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and assess new business opportunities.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence process, valuation analysis, pre-closing integration / separation planning and closing processes.
• Deal Strategy: Develop business cases with detailed assessment of marketplaces and investment requirements.
• Due Diligence: Identify critical diligence items impacting modeling assumptions.
• Financial Analysis: Create detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess ROI of each M&A opportunity.
• Deal Structuring: Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Deal Approval: Support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and facilitate corporate approval.
• Integration Planning: Coordinate integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Separation Planning: Develop separation plans for divestitures and transition services agreements.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all legal and Cardinal Health requirements.
