Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Contract, Program Office, Design, Engineering, or Program Finance.
• Project management and team leadership experience.
• Basic understanding of EVM principles.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact with NAVSEA and EB senior management for tasks.
• Maintain a highly functional interdisciplinary task team ensuring quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Prepare and coordinate meetings to demonstrate progress, challenges, and resolution plans for program tasking and Clin1000 financial performance.
• Report task status to EB management and PMS397.
• Conduct design reviews with Navy leadership regarding task progress, schedule, costs and issues.
• Create and analyze program metrics, identify issues and lead corrective actions.
• Develop and help others to develop project execution schedules.
• Resolve technical and funding issues to remove roadblocks.
• Work closely with engineering task leads to drive solutions that support technical and program objectives.
• De-conflict competing priorities and manage program risk.
