Torrid, located in City of Industry, California, is seeking a Colorist/Print Development Associate to support the print development process and ensure timely execution of strike-offs.

You will partner with Product Development teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality prints across product categories, manage strike-offs, and maintain organized documentation while tracking multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant print development experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with a broad vendor base on print development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly with international supplier relationships.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams while also working independently.
• Proactive, urgent approach and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Set up and break down strike-offs for review.
• Evaluate strike-offs and complete evaluation forms accurately.
• Coordinate strike-off requests and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain an organized filing system for print development materials.
• Track priorities and deadlines to support timely completion of activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners and international suppliers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
