Job summary

High Life LLC is seeking a Graphics and Print Production Coordinator with an excellent eye for color to ensure all graphic tees and all-over prints meet industry standards. This role works with Product Development and cross-functional teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver on-brand results for our activewear line.

Responsibilities include reviewing strike-offs, analyzing graphics across print methods, maintaining strike notebooks, and communicating with Design, Production, Sales, and

Qualifications

• BA in Product Development or closely related field.
• 3+ years of apparel industry experience.
• Knowledge of graphic print and applied techniques for tees.
• Knowledge of Textile Surface Design for all-over prints.
• PLM experience is a plus.
• Understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Strong color eye and trend awareness.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive strike-offs for graphic tees and all-over prints and review with Designers.
• Analyze graphics from strike-off to production across methods (sublimation, roller).
• Set up and maintain strike approval notebooks.
• Send comments to Production and coordinate with Design, Sales, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot issues causing delays and communicate solutions with leadership.
• Maintain communication with Design on style changes and graphic placements.
• Follow up during development with Production, Design, Sales, and vendors.
