Hire Consulting Services in Hobart, IN is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:6 call rotation. The position offers flexibility to design your practice around professional goals within a tech-forward healthcare setting.

The role requires board-certified or eligible status, Indiana license, CSR/DEA, and comfort with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation. Attractive relocation support and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certification or eligibility with a plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up care to ensure optimal patient recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (e.g., DaVinci platform)
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies
• Manage complex anorectal conditions
