Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is assisting in recruiting a Colorectal Surgeon for a well-established Northwest Indiana healthcare provider in Hobart, IN. The role offers a full-time schedule, 1:6 call rotation, and a flexible, patient-centered practice design.

Candidates must be board-certified or eligible, hold Indiana license/CSR, and be proficient with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools. Competitive benefits and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible with plan for certification.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong collaboration with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Perform clinic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Lead pre- and post-operative care and follow-up.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and robotic approaches.
• Conduct colonoscopies/endoscopies and manage complex anorectal conditions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
