Client Growth Resources, Inc. in Hobart, IN is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:6 call rotation. The practice emphasizes physician well-being, cutting-edge technology, and a focus on work-life balance.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a defined timeframe.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patient load of approximately 20 per day.
• Maintain 1:6 call rotation.
• Pre-operative assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Post-operative follow-up and outcome tracking.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques including laparoscopic and robotic surgery (DaVinci).
• Conduct colonoscopies and endoscopies for screenings and diagnosis.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.
