Talent With Heart in Hobart, IN is seeking a Board-Certified Colorectal Surgeon to join a well-established Northwest Indiana practice. The role offers full-time schedule, 1:6 call, and flexibility to shape your clinical focus within a premier, tech-forward environment.

Candidates must hold Indiana license, CSR/DEA, and have experience with EPIC EMR; competitive compensation aligned with MGMA, relocation assistance, and a robust benefits package are provided, including sign-on and CME support.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility with a plan for certification.
• Indiana medical license required for practice.
• CSR/DEA registration required for clinical practice.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20.
• Call rotation: 1:6.
• Pre-operative assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Post-operative follow-up and outcome tracking.
• Utilize laparoscopic and robotic-assisted techniques (DaVinci).
• Perform colonoscopies and endoscopies as part of screenings.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.
