Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a Colorectal Surgeon in Hobart, IN for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 1:6 call rotation. Relocation assistance is available.

The surgeon will diagnose and treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus using minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery. Board certification or a clear plan to certify is required along with Indiana licensure.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum and anus.
• Clinic patients per day: 20.
• Call Rotation: 1:6.
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative follow-up care and outcome tracking.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopy and robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci).
• Conduct colonoscopies and endoscopies.
• Manage complex anorectal conditions.
