Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with other specialists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and surgically treating disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus
• Clinic patients per day: 20
• Call Rotation: 1:6
• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide diligent post-operative follow-up to ensure optimal recovery and outcome tracking
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery (DaVinci)
• Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic screenings, including colonoscopies and endoscopies
• Manage complex anorectal conditions
