Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon for a full-time role in Hobart, IN. You will diagnose and surgically treat disorders of the colon, rectum, and anus, with a 1:6 call rotation and Monday–Friday schedule in a tech-forward facility.

The position offers relocation assistance, competitive compensation aligned with MGMA benchmarks, and generous CME funds. Indiana license and CSR/DEA registration are required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
• Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration required or eligible.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with specialists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically treat colon, rectum, and anus disorders.
• Clinic patients per day: 20; participate in 1:6 call rotation.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative follow-up and outcome tracking.
