About the Role

You’ll manage a caseload of Colorado workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution. This includes direct client contact, strategic development of claims, litigation before the Office of Administrative Courts, and negotiating settlements. We value attorneys who are independent thinkers, effective communicators, and hungry to build something bigger alongside us.The expected base salary for this role is $80K-$120K (including bonuses/commission).

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of Colorado workers’ compensation cases, including mediations, hearings, and depositions.
• Provide clear, compassionate legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships.
• Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings with a strong eye for advocacy and detail.
• Analyze case evidence including medical records and employment data.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.
• Contribute to firm development through exceptional service and business-minded thinking.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of workers’ compensation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A team player with a proactive attitude and the drive to grow the business.
• Excellent writing, organization, and client communication skills.
