Minga Education Group in Colorado is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based, data-driven speech and language services for students with disabilities. The SLP will partner with school leaders and families to deliver compliant communication services, strengthen MTSS/RTI frameworks, and support IEP goals.

The role includes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, remote assessment availability, and commitment to culturally responsive practices while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state SLP license and/or CDE Special Services Provider license.
• Training in AAC, autism supports, language-based learning needs, and culturally responsive assessment.
• Ongoing professional development in evidence-based communication practices, SEL, and inclusive education.

Responsabilités

• Conduct speech-language evaluations for special education eligibility.
• Develop IEP goals and service plans with progress monitoring.
• Provide direct and indirect therapy (in-person and remote) to support communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, psychologists, and families to support communication needs.
• Maintain accurate service logs, progress reports, and documentation.
