Job summary

EDU Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in CO. The SLP will provide evaluation, therapy, consultation, and collaboration to support students' communication and educational needs.

Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders; developing IEPs; delivering direct therapy; collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff; maintaining records; participating in IEP meetings; and staying

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active CO license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes, therapy documentation, and educational service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and progress.
• Stay current with best practices and continue professional development as required.
