Qualifications

• Must demonstrate 24 months of professional nursing experience caring for the elderly or chronically ill.
• At least 12 months professional nursing experience in a nursing home/long term care setting.
• Must have an RN license in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the NATP Nurse Assistant Training Programs and instructors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate and manage all program components for success and cohesiveness.
• Recruit and hire qualified personnel for individual programs.
• Collaborate with managers, administrators, instructors, and external organizations.
• Attend local/state meetings and trainings as necessary.
• Research, design, and present information when requested.
