TRC SOLUTIONS INC is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RPLS) to lead surveying services for major utility, energy, and infrastructure projects across North America. You will collaborate with engineers, GIS specialists, and project managers to deliver accurate survey data and compliant boundary and ALTA surveys.

Responsibilities include managing proposals, staffing, schedules, QA/QC of ALTA/NSPS, topographic and LiDAR surveys, mentoring staff, and supporting business

Formación

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RPLS) or eligible in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience leading surveying projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of ALTA/NSPS, boundary and topographic surveys.

Responsabilidades

• Manage surveying projects from proposal through final deliverables while maintaining scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
• Serve as Survey Project Manager or Survey Technical Lead on utility and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare project execution plans including staffing, scheduling, risk management, and client communication strategies.
• Provide technical oversight for boundary, easement, plat production, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and LiDAR surveys.
• Review and certify survey deliverables in accordance with state laws and company procedures.
• Mentor surveyors and field crews while coordinating with engineering, GIS, and other teams.
• Support business development with proposals, technical approaches, staffing plans, and client presentations.
