Actalent in Denver, CO is seeking an Interior Designer to support a high-volume portfolio of tenant improvements and commercial office projects across Colorado. This role requires collaboration with development, construction, leasing, and property management teams to deliver space plans, construction documents, and design revisions for TI and new-build projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in commercial interiors, TI, architecture, or space planning.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; experience creating construction documents and space plans.

Responsabilidades

• Produce architectural drawings, floor plans, and construction documents for commercial office and TI projects.
• Develop space plans and layouts meeting tenant and project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple active projects.
• Assist with tenant modifications, space reconfigurations, and design revisions.
• Communicate with brokers, tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
