Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.
• 3+ years of commercial interior design experience.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, fitness, or mixed-use projects.
• Prototype, standardized, or multi-location design program experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other industry software.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout all phases of design. Support projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration. Ensure designs align with brand standards while balancing creativity, functionality, and budget.

Coordinate FF&E selections, finish palettes, and material specifications. Prepare presentations and communicate design intent to project teams and leadership. Assist in maintaining design standards and continuously improving design processes.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
