Job summary

ADM New Berlin, WI seeks a CD&D Color Technician to support Colors CD&D lab workstreams, enabling product development and customer solutions. You will execute color system prep, bench trials, and documentation to ensure timely, high-quality experimental work.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in food/beverage labs and a degree in Food Science or Chemistry; familiarity with GMP and lab safety is a plus, with strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemistry.
• 0–3 years in food, beverage, or ingredient lab.
• Experience with color systems or food applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare color systems, blends, and prototypes per project briefs.
• Execute bench-scale trials following SOPs.
• Maintain accurate sample preparation and documentation.
• Coordinate sample inventory and shipment.
