Teknor Apex invites a QC Lab Technician to join the 1st shift. You will perform standardized tests on raw materials and in-process samples, adjusting batch colors to specification and documenting results.

The role emphasizes gage R&R studies, trend analysis of numerical data, and clear coordination with the shift supervisor. You're expected to have an associate degree in science or 1–3 years color experience.

• Strong math and data interpretation skills are required.
• Clear written and verbal communication with team and supervisor.
• Experience with color analysis and adjustment is preferred.

Responsibilities

You’ll follow established methods to evaluate them, make precise batch adjustments, and document everything with care. Trendlines guide your decisions—especially around color—so you’ll spot shifts early and fine-tune to spec.
