Job summary

DayGlo is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. You will work closely with Quality, Production, and R&D to investigate deviations and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a laboratory or quality-control environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures and testing methods.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine physical, chemical, and instrumental testing of raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
• Conduct color evaluations and comparisons using laboratory methods and instrumentation.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Record results accurately in lab/ERP systems and communicate findings to Quality and Production teams.
