Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have at least a "meets expectations" rating.
Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.

Responsibilities

Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers.
Clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed.
Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
Pull products from sales floor or warehouse.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Load/unload delivery trucks.
Assist in deliveries as needed.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
