Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
• If internal to Sherwin-Williams, must have a 'meets expectations' rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning courses

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Pull products from sales floor or warehouse
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks
• Assist customers in person and over the phone
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Maintain in-stock and presentable conditions
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales
