This full-time position starts at $16.50 per hour. You will prepare orders, stock shelves, handle cash, and provide product recommendations while maintaining store standards and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: must have a 'meets expectations' rating on the most recent performance appraisal.
• Internal to Sherwin-Williams: completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers.
• Clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies.
