Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework (48 hours) or an ASSOCIATES degree.
• Passing score on Paraprofessional Assessment for Alvin ISD eligibility.
• Texas Education Aide Certificate obtainable after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and coach students to develop Color Guard skills.
• Contribute to the education program and student growth in Color/Winter Guard.
• Assist with practice planning and monitor student performance.
• Apply UIL rules and competitive requirements in coaching.
